The daughter of a patient with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease nominated Danielle Livecchi, speech and language pathologist, for PEACE (patient experience award for caring and excellence) recognition. The patient was admitted to the Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT) BIG program earlier this year to manage balance and tremor issues. Livecchi had an immense impact on the patient’s physical and mental health. “My mother simply loves her, and I know Danielle cares sincerely for her well-being too,” said the patient’s daughter.
