Visiting Hours & Guidelines

Visitors are expected to comply with Greenwich Hospital’s visitation policy. Passes are issued at hospital entrances to everyone visiting inpatient units.

• General Visiting hours: 10 am - 8 pm.
• Specialty units: Hours may vary: please ask a staff member for details.
• Visitation restrictions are sometimes put in place for the safety of patient, staff and visitors (i.e. flu season, pandemic).
• Please do not visit if you have symptoms of an infection: fever, rash, sneezing, sore throat, new or worsening cough, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

Masking: Currently, it is recommended but not required that patients and visitors wear a face mask. Patients are required to mask if they have a respiratory tract infection. Visitors with a possible respiratory tract infection are asked not to visit.
