Postpartum Visit

Mothers who deliver at Greenwich Hospital may return 48-72 hours after discharge for a mother/baby assessment. Read more in Maternity.

Wellness and Support Programs

Greenwich Hospital offers many classes, programs and support groups to patients and families, such as Tender Beginnings for new parents, Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Center for Healthy Aging programs. See Calendar.

Home Hospice Care

Comprehensive, professional home hospice services are provided through our Home Hospice Program. The home hospice team includes skilled nurses, home health aides, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, spiritual care providers and trained volunteers.
